As we begin the 2025 Academic Year, we give thanks to God for the excellent 2024 KCSE results. The class posted a
mean score of 10.087, a slight improvement from the 10.080 posted in 2023. The class registered an impressive
performance in Computer Studies (12.00); French (11.29); Kiswahili (10.74); English (10.52); Mathematics (10.51)
and Biology (10.33). In addition, 20 boys scored an average Grade of A plain, one of the highest numbers in recent
times!
We commend all those who made these results possible beginning with the candidates themselves. They faced great
challenges including numerous school interruptions due to floods and civil protests as they prepared for these
examinations. Their resilience, discipline and sense of focus kept them going; it has paid off in the end!
To the candidates’ parents: we are very grateful to you for standing by your sons and for the guidance, commitment
and the sacrifices you made for them. Your support for the last four years, and in some cases 12, has been
phenomenal! Educating a child in a day school in Nairobi is no mean feat; it calls for rare commitment from the
parents, you have proved equal to the task!
To all members of staff, teaching and non-teaching: Your commitment to duty, love for the boys and generous self-
giving have translated to the results that we celebrate today. You encouraged the boys when their hope faltered;
you challenged them to aim higher when they slackened and offered them great company; God has rewarded your
efforts!
To the Class of 2024: As you step out into the world, remember that you go armed with more than good grades; you
go armed with a formed conscience and great core values of excellence, integrity, freedom, responsibility and
service. May these values guide you as you seek your paths in service of God and humanity!
