Sports

Sports play a crucial role in the development of boys aged 6 to 18. The school’s curriculum incorporates sports as a mandatory class, with each class divided into four teams: Nyati, Chui, Simba and Ndovu. These teams are organized to ensure that every student participates in competitive sports at least once a week, with each lesson lasting one hour. The various streams compete against each other within their respective teams.

As a result of the sports curriculum, the boys cultivate interests in different sports, motivating them to form or join school teams. The school teams include Handball, Rugby, Volleyball, Basketball and Soccer.

Each year, the school dedicates one day and two afternoons to athletic events. A full day is traditionally reserved for the exciting Sports Day, while the two afternoons are specifically allocated for Athletics, with each section competing on its designated afternoon.

Additionally, the school hosts a Swimming Gala, age grade basketball, rugby and football tournaments, and a Tennis Championship for various age groups, further enriching the sporting experience for all students.
